Neleri, neden topluyoruz

• Our server records your IP address, browser, the pages you open and the time, to keep the website running and secure. These records are deleted after 14 days.
• To stop automated spam, every form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at your IP address and browser signals, and the number of attempts from one IP address is limited.

Why we are allowed to use it

• Answering a request, arranging a test drive or valuing your car: because you asked us to, before any purchase.
• The opening list, Google Analytics and the Google map: because you agreed. You can withdraw at any time.
• Server records, the spam check and the attempt limit: to keep the website secure, which is in our legitimate interest and yours.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

• Brevo, based in the European Union, delivers a notification email to us for each new request. It keeps no copy of your form.
• Google provides the analytics and the map, only if you agree to them.

Where one of these companies handles data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by a decision of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Requests, part exchange details and photos: until we have dealt with your request and delete it from our system. Deleted information leaves our backups within six months.
• Opening list: deleted after the opening call, and no later than three months after we open.
